IF any person orders his paper to be discontinued, he must first pay all arrears or the publisher may continue to send until payment is made, and then collect the whole amount; whethcer the' paper is taken from the office or not. 2. The courts have decided that refusing to take newspapers and periodicals from the post-office, or re smoving and lteving them uncalled for, is primafacis evidence of intentional fraud.
