Bii Bli School. COXCERT AXD DAXCE. On Monday evening a most successful concert and dance eventuated at the Bli Bli Pro visional School, this being the first of its kind in connection with school work. Fully 160 persons were present, many of whom had to remain on the verandahs of the building. The school was very tastily decorated indeed. At the back of an improvised platfoim were the words ' Bli BH School horseshoe ; while boomerangs Concert,' worked on a large hung on either sides bearing ' Welcome,' and ' A Merr}' Christmas.' The greater part ofjthe programme consisted of ite;ms given by the scholars, under the supervision of their teacher, Miss A. Bleakley, and needless to say the}- did their parts remarkably well, for which they received great en couragement from an apprecia tive audience. Friday last was a gala day for tihe parents and scholars connected with the Highworth provisional school, the da\- and the night taking the form of a picnic and dance. Yandina. A vary heavy storm passed over here on Sunday afternoon, all the small creeks and gullies being con siderably swollen. A little hail fell, but not sufficient to do any damage.
