In the forms of application for seed, tho farmers had to give an undertaking to ropny the valuo of tho seed from tho proceeds of their first crop.. FatniT. Postor was further examined yos terday in reforenco to advances re ceived by Millar and Podds, two soleotors on Merctdool. 'Witness stated that Dodds received the money from Mr Wright through tho Com* moroial Bank. He (witness) gave 'Wright a choquo for £200 on the date upon which the.mouoy for Dudd was drawn. Ho reported everything; he did to Sydney. IIo thought he had authority to lond the station money in tho mitnuer stated.
