Business Maxims. [Newspaper Article] — The Moruya Times and South Coast Journal — 3 July 1889

Business Maxims. Ready money is a ready friend. Nothing valuable is lost by civility. Become known — and favourably known. Never refuse a choice if you can get it. Stock in store is better than bad debts. Reality unities no allowance for wishes or bad plans. Interest and small expenses are commercial moths. Endeavour to be perfect in the calling in which you are engaged. Think nothing insignificant which has a bearing on your success. There ia more in the use of advantages than in the measures of them.
