RAILWAYMAN FARWELLED. On Saturday night, March 5, the raiiwaymen of Murray Bridge met in the Pariah Ilall to bid farewell to Mr, C. E. Jarvls. who has retired from the service after serving 46 years in the department in various capacities. All branches of the service were repre sented. The chairman for the even ing was Mr. W. G. Thompson, and the secretarial duties were carried out by Mr. B. McGregor. About 50 fellow employees and friends were present. The toast "Our Guest" was in the hands of Mr. H.
