The position of supplies, present, and prospective, is, however, likely to have a sustaining influence on prices, for, apart from tho groat decrease in the public ofl'erings, shown last week to be 18,07(1 bales since the beginning of the present, year, the output of local scouring establishments and fellmongeries is expected to be on a scale showing a groat reduction on the quantity generally turned out during the winter months.
