Effect of a Change of Heart. In the Editor's Table of tha EMthrkotktr for June, we find the following f. We ore gratified in being able to slate that the coming anniversary of oar National Independence is to be celebrated in this place, place, in a manner worthy of the great event it commemorates, and of the public spirit of our citizens. The display to be made on that day promises to be one of the finest ever witnessed in this section of the ronntry.
