RICHARD QUEEN IS HIS NAME And H la Mow under Lock and Key in the Socorro Coun ty Jail. Tom Craig's accomplice in the attempt to rob Juan Chavez y Baca on the ninth instant at his ranch twenty miles northwest of Magdalena was arrested last Saturday noon by Deputy Boni facio Lopez of Santa Rita at a Navujo settlement about six miles from the scene of the at tempted robbery. The prison er's name is Richard Queen and he is now in the Socorro county jail. Queen has made a full confes sion to Captain . Fred Fornoff of the mounted police and Hon. V. E. Martin, district clerk. Bur sum while he was superintendent of the territorial penitentiarv. The report charges Mr. Bursum with grave official misconduct. It is entirely too long for repro duction in the Chieftain, but he low is a part of a letter written by Mr. Bursum in answer to the charges and published in Tues day's Albuquerque Citizen.
