He who knows not what it is to labor knows not what it is to enjoy. Rec reation is only valuable as it unlnds . The idle know nothing of it. It is exertion that renders rest delight ful and sleep sweet and undisturbed. That the happiness of life depends on the regular prosecution of some laudable calling which engage?, helps and enlivens all onr, powers, let those bear witness who after epend ing years in active usefulness, retire to enjoy themselves.
