The Central Ohio Railroad. The article in the Gazette of yesterday in rela tion to the Central Ohio Railroad would excite onr surprise, were it not for the quarter from which it comes. We have ceased to be astonished at any thing which emanates from the editor of that pa per. The Directors or that Railroad Company last year made an order fixing temporarily the Eastern terminus of their road at West Wheeling.
