Item pricing okayed by committee Tiie City Council’s intergovernmental relations committee Monday voted 2-1 for a motion by Councilwoman Peggy Stevenson calling for item pricing in LA supermarkets. Mrs. Stevenson’s motion would create a city law to make up for the fact that a state law ordering item pricing expired Dec. 31.
