PRE SCHOOL PATTER ^ NANCEE'S BEAUTY SALON The pre-school children have been studying about birds this month. We colored and cut out our own birds. We talked about the different types of birds, their nests and their individual characteristics. We now are studying about our great state, Texas. We will be making our own Texas Books this week. We made and wrapped our own Mother's Day presents, an animal made out of a rock. Our field trip this month was to McDonalds Hamburgers, where we took a tour of McDonalds, saw a short film, then each child received a hat and balloon, a box of cookies and a coke. We all really enjoyed our visit. The last day of school we are planning to end the year with a picnic at the park. This has been a great year! Our classes for next year are filling up fast. If you are interested in sending your child to our pre-school, please contact JANET HUGHS at 495-1266 as soon as possible.
