A plan has been inaugurated toward the erection of a hand- some school building for Asper- mont. The election has been ordered for next Saturday to determine whether or not we shall incorporate for said pur- pose. We,are sorry to note that there is some opposition to this movement. Unless this oppor- tunity is grasped our school prospects in Aspermont will amount to practically nothing. One of the greatest induce- ments for a town is its schools and churches—of course it is im- possible to have all these at once, but at this time the most import- ant factor of all, and which is now in reach, is a new school building.
