Miohacl Davoron was charged with maliciously injuring cortain proporty, to wit 10 platoi, 3 lloirer baskets, 2 cruet bottles, 1 lamp, 4 suit nellari, 2 basins, and 1 window, valued in all'nt£19a. Tin oileuco was committed ut Wellington on the 2R instant. Tho evidenco showed that accuscd had appurently run amoek on tho datoin question, al- though at tho time of his arrest ho appeared to be drunk, still it was considerod that lightnojs of tin head was his complaint moro than drink, lie wai found guilty, and fined £2, and £1 9 for costs of damage dono, m default 2 months hard labor m Dubbo Gaol. Tho fine was paid. Tho samo porson, who was evidently hating a day out on tho 21st., was found guilty of using obsccoe language in a public place, to wit the Federal Hotol, on tho samo day. Ho was lined £2, oria dofaulb.of payment 2 months hard labor in Dubbo gool. Iu this caso also tho Quo wus {mid.
