The rales governing the trial , which had been agreed upon by the Senate , were adopted by the Court . , Objections were made to Senator Wade taking the oath as oneof the Court , on , the ground that he Is an interested party . The objection was withdrawn and Mr . Wade was sworn , A summons was served upon the President to appear and answer the charges , and the Court adjourned until March l 5 . —Two * additional articles of impeachment have been agreed upon by the House , one presented by Mr . Pennsylvania Agricultural College Farm , We some time since stated that the Trustees of the Pennsylvania Agricultural College had placed the Model and Expealmetal Farm for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania under the control of the Chester County Agricultural Society . It appears , however , that it is to be under the joint control of the College Trustees and the Society , the College giving § 2 , 000 per annum toward defraying the working expenses of the Farm . Times market reports give the following : A striking instance is furnished of the enormous amount of waste in beef cattle while they are being transported to market .
