Editor Hughes, of the Albuquerque Citizen, is in jail on a charge of contempt, but ' his paper goes on, and its last issue contains a statement which is extremely significant. The party was made up as fol lows: J.J. Frey, general manager; Charles Dyer, general superin tendent; James Dunn, chief engineer; John Player superin tendent of machinery, J. M. Meade, resident engineer; J. E. Hurley, division superintendent C. M. Taylor, division master mechanic. The party went south to El Paso, Deming and Silver City, returning to Socorro Thursday morning after which they made a trip to Magdalena.
