The Committee of fifteen on Reconstruction, have held their Snt moeting at the Capitol and selected Senator Fessonden sit chairaan'and appointed a clerk. Several members of the committee being absent, it wa determined to tako no definite action until a fuller attendance was had. It wai found that nearly all the credentials of the Southern Congressmen elect were before them. Those of the Tennessee delegation wers presented in full, and found to be entirely formal. A large number of resolutions wero placed on the journal of the committee, which hare been referred from time to time by both Houses.
