Hanna, P. Fredericks, E. Kite, G. Hughes and J. J. Hunt wished the guest a safe return. Mr. -Hutchinson handed him a gift from his friends. Among the visitors were Cpl. Chitty 's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Chitty (Cudgewa), a sister, Mrs. Land (whose husband is in the A.I.F.), and a brother, Frank, who was unable to serve through eye trouble. The parents, who have a family of nine sons and three daughters, - were congratulated. This is their fifth son to serve.
