Beaumont against a Karandertt Land Board decision, in re^wd to his homestead Heleotion applica tion,, but as the Minister had given notice of his intention to uroceed-.in fche Supreme Court for a deoisioti on. the same point, which tins cropped up in ' other cases, this appeal was adjourned. The facts are that Beaumont was an applioant lor a home stead selection at Naraudera on May 2nd, but the application was not sent on to the ballot.
