Badgery (chair), A. B. Young, F. R. Wilshiro, J. R. Scroggio, T. W. Lackey, H, Wynne, M. Rice, H, Bond, — Riddle, and others. Tho minutes of the annual meeting hold in April wero read, and on tho motion of Messrs. Wilshiro and Rico was adopted. A letter was read from Mr. I. S. Ponder resigning as lion, treasurer Mr. A: B. Youns explained as regards the balance-shoot that thero had been £1 3s 8d owing to tho bank and rather than let it appear I10 had paid it.
