We need not add that this ia as gratifying as unexpected to as. We had a slight hope of the eloctioa of oar candidate for Recorder, but the rest of the ticket we gave up as lost a month ago. I lougfctao's majori it will not be less than 225, we think. Hall's saaj. will be about 50, and Truer' about the same. There was no Democratic candidate f ur Senator, hence there was but little interest felt about the result, and no report, consequently, of the rote east for Mr. Reynolds was sent in froaa aar of the oat townships except Polk, bat he doabtleM received the full Republican vote, if no mart.
