ARIZOM& WEEKL? JOURKIL-HllfEIL J. C Martin, Editor, EDNSDAY, FEB ttU A.BY25, 1891. RAILROAD EXEMPTION. The .Tournait-Miner is in favor ofja railroad exemption bill tnat will secure the buildine of much needed roads In the territory. It does not, however, con sider that it is necessary to exempt them from taxtion perpetually, nor even for a period of onegeneration in order to secure their construction. But representatives of the people, in the legislature, while they may be expected to deal liberally and generously with them at the same time are expected to nave the eood ot the territory in view. Some discretion in the matter of exemption from taxation should be given to the supervisors of the various counties of the territory, eo that the construction of these roads may be had where they will be of the greatest possible benefit to the counti...
