To day the election lor Judicial offl cers comes off. Let every voter do his whole duty in this content. It is an election of much importance to the ' couutry. With an honest Judiciary, we can bear bad legislation, and a compe tent bench will hold a reckless legisla ture within the limits prescribed by the Constitution.
