Friday evening an explosion of natural gas occurred at the residence of Jehn D. Shefstall, a well-known traveling man, en East shurch street, and briefly told the frightful result of the concussion, is as follews: Miss Nellie Shefstall, aged 25 years, Bhull crushed, right eye removed from socket, neck broken and otherwlse in jured. Died within two hours. Mrs. S. a Clark, mother-in-law of Mr. Shefstall, cellar-bone broken, scalp cut and badly burned. Her death oc curred at 10 o'clock Thursday night Mr. Shefstall, hair burned from head and terribly bruised about the body, the result of a chimney falling en him.
