Our charge is now $1 per square of ten lines or less for the first insertion and fifty cents for each subsequent one a little more than half our former rates. The treaty of Amity Commcrce'and Navigation between Texas and the United States lately nego- tiated by the Hon. James Riley with that Govern- ment baa received the sanction of the SunAtc o Texas to its ratification.
