"Tir m The disgusting habit of expectorat- ing on sidewalks was again brought to the attention of the Tribune man yes- terday. There, should be an ordinance passed prohibiting people from spitting on the side walk. Crowds of men gather on prominent street comers and promiscuously spit tobacco juioe on the walks, which is afterwards swcipt by the ladies who fall to raise their gowns.
