H A T a . 11 h Indians Defeat Sul Ross Lobos in Hard Fought Contest By winning the fifing' contest In which Abilune's fdbiball ..beams en- gaged In a period of one week the McMurry Indians endeared themselves to the fans of this city by defeating the Sul Koss Lobos in a fiercely fought gridiron battle at Te Pee Park Sntuidcy. Nov. 18 by a score of 12 to (i. i no game was naru tougnt mrougn- out and until the Lobos defense wns smashed by the Indians neither side had the advantage. To Ledbetter goes the first ground- gaining honors although Irwin and Nix were not fur behind and all play- ed a wonderful game.
