A motion to reinstate n cause dismissed under a rule-for security for costs pro- perly refused where no showing of a reasonable excuse for non-compliance with' llie rule ismntle. Lipscomb Justice delivered the opinion of the Court. N These two cases were dismissed for ihe want of security for costs under an order of the Court. The order was ohtained at one term of the Court for the secure ity and at the succeeding term the suits were dismissed) the secur- ity not. having been- given.
