Local and General. WEDDING. — -On Monday last at St. John's   Church 'Mr- J.D. Ross,- of Gilgandra, was married to Miss Jane Howells, daughter of Mr. Howells, of Stuart Town. The Rev. R. Barry Brownwas the officiating clergyman.   The bride, who was arrayed in her travelling dress, had as bidesmaid, her sister, Miss Fanny Howells.
