'?''?' 8S It is clennitelj'- announced that the Chief Secretary goes home hy the next niaii. From despatches received from Captain Howard the Beatrice is expscted in Adelaide shortly from the Northern Territory. Mr. George Ernest Hamilton is appointed engineer for the Strathalbyu tramway, and proceeds nest week with his stsff to com mence preliminaries. Only one other witness besides Mr. McMinn was examined before the Northern Territory Commission to-day. The resale of Torrens Park to Captain Hughes is reported.
