HIT-RUN VICTIM Mr. Keith Whelan, of 232 Ne pean Highway, Seaford, had just alighted from a bus at Wheeler's Corner, after returning from a football match at Mornington, on Saturday night, when he was knocked by a car, and rendered unconsdious. He was taken to the Commun ity Hospital, but left next morn ing. He suffered severe bruises and facial abrasions. The car driver did not stop.
