Obituary. MRS. MATTHEW THOMPSON. It is with great. regret that we i have to announce the death of Mrs. Matthew Thompson, wife of Mr, Matthew Thompson, of Yalca. The deceased lady was a daughter of the late Mr. Ralph Young, of Yalca, and came to the district with her parents in the seventies. The late Mrs. Thompson was a favorite with every one who hid the privilege of her acquaintance and her death at the age of fifty years will be deeply te gretted by all. For some time past her health had not been satisfactory, the trouble had been caused by heart disease. On Saturday, the 27th December, deceased was in Numurkah with her husband ap parently 110 worse than usual, next morning, however, on awakening, she complained of her head and a^ked for a cup of tea.
